Last updated: 2026. These Terms govern your use of CorpusClip, operated by Noésis Software Technologies (contact@corpusclip.com).
1. The service
CorpusClip turns long-form videos you provide into short vertical clips with subtitles and framing, and — when you choose — helps you publish those clips to social accounts you connect (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Content and rights
The videos you submit and the clips generated from them remain yours. CorpusClip claims no ownership and does not exploit them, except to display them where you have explicitly consented (e.g. a public showcase). You are responsible for holding the rights to the content you submit and for complying with the terms of any platform you publish to.
4. Connected social accounts (including TikTok)
When you connect a social account, you authorize CorpusClip to act on your behalf only for the actions you initiate — for TikTok, identifying your connected account and sending a clip you selected to your TikTok inbox as a draft for you to review and publish. CorpusClip uses each platform's API in accordance with that platform's developer terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms. You may disconnect any account at any time, which immediately revokes CorpusClip's access. Our handling of data obtained through these integrations is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CorpusClip to process or publish content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates the terms of any platform you connect. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans and payment
Paid plans, billing, refunds, and cancellation are described in our terms of sale.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CorpusClip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
